Yes, you can request changes to the sample you have already received.
If the sample you received does not meet your expectations you can easily request any needed adjustments to it.
Simply log in to your NOMOQ account and search for the variant you would like to make changes to (tip: follow the sample ID!) on your dashboard. Then, choose the "Request changes" option next to the sample of your choosing and describe the adjustments you'd like us to make.
