Yes, yes you can! You can share your beverage and all its associated samples with users who already have an account on our platform. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to Samples.
- Select the sample you want to share and click Share.
- Enter the email address of the account you want to share the beverage with.
If the person you'd like to add doesn't have an account yet, they can easily create one on our platform. - Click Share again.
⚠️ Please note: Sharing a sample also shares the access to the linked beverage and all of its corresponding samples.
Important Points to Keep in Mind
Owners Permissions:
- Owner can:
- Make any changes to the beverage and its samples, as you are the owner.
- Remove existing collaborators from the beverage.
- Owner cannot:
- Remove any sample from the beverage or move it to another one as long as beverage of the sample is being shared with other users
Collaborator Permissions:
- Collaborator can:
- Make changes to the artworks (request samples, approve artworks, and archive them).
- Check the corrosivity of the beverage or accept waiver if needed.
- Place an order based on the approved sample.
- Collaborator cannot:
- .Archive the beverage nor rename the beverage and associated samples
- Share the beverage and its samples with other users
