How can I report an issue to Customer Service?

We are sorry to hear about the issue you experienced. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

We kindly ask you to create a service ticket by filling out our feedback form here. The more information you can provide on the issue, the faster we can find a solution. Please remember to attach pictures as this helps our technical support team to fix the issue quicker. You can expect a first feedback 5 days after the ticket is created. 

 

Here are the information we kindly request to fill in:

  • Company & Contact details
  • Customer category assignment: during which step of the process did the issue occur?
  • Quantity of Concerned Product: how many cans are affected  by the issue
  • NOMOQ Order Number: looks like SW-00xxxx and can be found on your order confirmation/delivery note
  • Sample ID/Batch Number: Please report here the Nomoq code printed on the side of the can. For a sample S xxxx xxxx.x / For a production can Bxxxxx
  • Can size: Choose one or multiple can size
  • Pasteurization: if cans were pasteurized, please give extra information like method,  temperature, time
  • Issue description:  Please be as specific as possible and give us detailed information about the issue
  • Picture/Document Upload: Please select all documents at once and do not upload .HEIC format picture
