      How do you pack the ends rolls?

      The Nomoq platform automatically calculates the packaging for can ends, ensuring efficient use of pallets and transport. This applies to ends alone or in combination with printed cans or blanks.

      📦 Automatic Packaging Calculation for Ends

       

      1️⃣ General Rules

      Rule Details
      Minimum threshold

      Automatic calculation only applies if order ≥ 1 pallet layer of cans. Smaller orders are handled manually.
      Maximum capacity Up to 250 rolls per order. Larger orders are reviewed manually.

       

      2️⃣ Packaging Logic

       

      A. If you order one of the following:

      • Only Ends
      • or Blank cans + Ends
      • or Blank cans + Printed Cans + Ends

      We will pack the ends as per following table:

      Rolls Packaging
       ≥ 6 rolls  Pallet
       < 6 rolls  Box

       

       

       

       

       

      B. If you order Printed Cans + Ends, ends will be packed according to the table below:

      Condition Packaging
      🔵 Ends ≥ 30 rolls  ➡️ Separate Pallet
      🟡 Can pallet height > 1.70 m  ➡️ Separate pallet
      🟢 Can pallet height ≤ 1.70 m and ends < 30 rolls  ⬆️ Ends placed on top of can pallet

       

      ⚠️ Placement on top depends on printed cans distribution: there must be at least one pallet < 1.70 m for ends to sit on top.

       

       

      3️⃣ Transport Cost Calculation

       

      • Each ends pallet = 1 pallet for transport cost.
