Why is there an order change fee?

Once you confirm your quote and place your order, we ask that you carefully review all details like quantities, sample IDs, pallet types, and can dimensions and can specifications.

 

If changes are needed after your confirmed quote, we do have to go back to our planning team and adjust everything, which unfortunately adds admin work.

 

Because of that, we need to automatically charge a fee of €150 or £150 for any late changes. So we really appreciate you double-checking everything upfront!
